During his tenure with the Texas Longhorns, Clemens showcased his talent, maintaining an impressive batting average of .267 while slamming 18 home runs and driving in 101 runs over four stellar years. Despite being drafted by the Houston Astros in the 35th round of the 2013 MLB Draft out of high school, Clemens opted to honor his commitment to the University of Texas.
In 2017, the Toronto Blue Jays selected Clemens in the 8th round of the MLB Draft, marking the beginning of his professional career.
