Kamri Peterson

Kamri Peterson began her journey in dance through training at the Center Stage Performing Arts Studio. Her early career highlights include achieving the title of United States Under 10 Vice Champion. She further solidified her reputation in competitive dance by becoming a two-time United States Under 12 Finalist, demonstrating consistent high performance in national competitions. In March 2018, Kamri Peterson was featured in Dance Spirit Magazine, marking an early recognition of her talent and emerging presence in the dance community.

A significant milestone in her career occurred in 2018 when she was selected as one of the professional partners for the inaugural season of “Dancing with the Stars: Juniors.” In this role, she partnered with Akash Vukoti, participating in 6 episodes of the television series. This opportunity expanded her visibility and experience in televised dance performances. She also appeared in 2 episodes of “Dancing with the Stars” during the same year as a DWTS Juniors Dancer and Partner. Her engagement in high-profile dance productions and competitive circuits has contributed to her standing as a notable figure in youth dance.

Continuing her professional engagements, Kamri Peterson appeared as a guest on “To the Pointe with Kristyn Burtt” in 2019, further showcasing her insights and experience in the dance world. Beyond her television appearances, she has worked with various brands, including an endorsement deal with Jo & Jax, a premium dancewear clothing company. Her performance at the 2019 Dance Awards, where she delivered a solo, also highlights her continued commitment to professional dance showcases.
