Karishma Patel is an American attorney and public figure who gained recognition as a contestant on “Survivor: Island of the Idols” and through her active presence on social media platforms. After distinguishing herself by being admitted into the Advanced Trial Advocacy program at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, Karishma Patel’s academic engagement extended to membership in the Temple Political & Civil Rights Law Review and the South Asian Law Student Association. She also held a position on the executive board of the Student Bar Association. Patel earned Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Political Science from Pennsylvania State University, where she participated in a Semester at Sea program, visiting countries including Cuba, South Africa, and Japan, which deepened her commitment to legal advocacy and human rights.

Patel currently serves as a Personal Injury Attorney at Jim Adler & Associates in Houston, Texas, where she continues her advocacy for individuals injured due to negligence. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi, Patel leverages her diverse background in her legal practice and public engagement.
