Kenny Mason has established himself as a dynamic artist known for his genre-blending approach, securing collaborations with prominent brands and artists. After releasing his breakout single ‘Hit’ in 2019, which accumulated millions of streams, Kenny Mason established himself as a dynamic artist known for his genre-blending approach. Mason began his professional music career by forming the group House 9, releasing experimental mixtapes such as TvDinner, The Super Tape, and The Big 9 Theory on SoundCloud between 2014 and 2016. He further solidified his unique sound with singles including ’22’ and ‘4Real’ (2016-2018), ‘Nike 2’ (2018), and ‘G.O.A.T’ (2019).

The success of ‘Hit’ paved the way for his critically acclaimed debut album, Angelic Hoodrat, released in April 2020. This project was lauded for its experimental fusion of melodic alternative-rock, trap, and R&B, garnering positive reception from fans and musicians alike. In 2020, Mason also appeared as a guest feature on ‘Cereal’ by IDK and JID, and released three singles on the capsule [ruffs]. Building on this momentum, Mason released Angelic Hoodrat: Supercut in 2021, an expanded project featuring collaborations with prominent artists including Denzel Curry and Freddie Gibbs.

Looking ahead, Mason is slated to support Denzel Curry once again on the ‘Mischievous Tour’ in 2025, demonstrating his continued demand as a touring artist and collaborator.
