Kevin Costner and Modern West is a country rock band established by actor Kevin Costner, transitioning his creative pursuits from film to music, performing Americana and country rock across global stages. After commencing their worldwide tour in October 2007, Kevin Costner & Modern West, the country rock band fronted by actor Kevin Costner, quickly established their musical presence with performances in international cities like Istanbul and Rome, as well as high-profile engagements at NASCAR Sprint Cup Series events at Daytona International Speedway and Lowe’s Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina. Following this significant global debut, the band released their debut country album, Untold Truths, on November 11, 2008, via Universal South Records.
