Lauren Duski is a beautiful singer-songwriter with a beautiful voice, who rose to fame as a finalist on season 12 of NBC’s reality TV show, The Voice. She has toured with acts like Lewis Capaldi and Bobby Bones, and as direct and sole support for Lukas Graham on his 2019 North American tour. In 2020 she signed a global publishing deal with Warner Chappell Music.
Born in Maine and raised in Michigan, Duski now resides in Nashville, Tennessee. She attended the University of Michigan and graduated in 2013 with a degree in Biopsychology, Cognition and Neuroscience. Her initial plan was to become a dentist, but her dream of being a professional musician soon took over her life. She had started singing karaoke aged 7, and learned music at Musik Haus in her hometown of Gaylord. She then started to post videos of her original songs and covers to YouTube, and soon built up a huge following. She then joined the JR Country Band, and toured with them across Northern Michigan, opening for the likes of Lonestar, Bill Anderson, and Randy Travis. In 2017 she entered Season 12 of the reality TV show, The Voice, making it all the way to the final. Her first EP, Midwestern Girl, was released in 2019 and landed at No. 2 on the iTunes Country chart and at No. 12 on the all-genre chart.
