Lisa Müller, born on November 23, 1989, is a German semi-professional equestrian. She is known for her dedication to dressage and her involvement in horse breeding. Müller owns and operates a farm, Gut Wettlkam, where she focuses on developing high-quality dressage horses. Her career has seen her compete in various national and international events, consistently working to improve the performance and breeding lines of her horses.
Müller’s career progression demonstrates a strategic approach to equestrian sport, combining competitive riding with significant investments in breeding. In 2020, she and her husband acquired D’avie, a two-time youth world champion Hanoverian dressage horse. This acquisition, reportedly for several million euros, highlighted their commitment to bringing elite genetics into their breeding program. She further expanded her stallion lineup in 2021 by negotiating exclusive breeding rights in Germany for Imposantos, a successful KWPN stallion known for his achievements in young horse competitions, including multiple Pavo Cup and KWPN Stallion Competition wins. This initiative at Gut Wettlkam positions her as a key figure in the European dressage breeding scene.
Throughout her career, Müller has achieved competitive success, including her first international victory in 2024 at the Zurich Masters CDI4* Grand Prix with D’avie FRH. Her work extends to collaborating with renowned figures in the equestrian world, such as Olympic champion Isabell Werth, who has ridden Müller’s horses in competitions. These collaborations and strategic partnerships, alongside her hands-on involvement in horse development, underline her influence and contributions to the sport of dressage.
