Her journey in professional wrestling commenced on the independent circuit in 2016 under the ring name ‘Mila Naniki’, where she quickly made an impact through various matches. In 2018, Salina de la Renta joined Major League Wrestling (MLW) as a captivating on-screen personality and manager. During this initial tenure, she strategically established Promociones Dorado, a talent agency dedicated to showcasing Latin American wrestling stars to broader audiences.
Her strategic vision was recognized in March 2024, when she was appointed Creative Director of the Women’s Division, tasked with developing and enhancing female talent and narratives within the league. Expanding her presence beyond professional wrestling, she also showcased her versatility as a contestant on the television series ‘The Floor.’ Solidifying her standing as a key executive in the professional wrestling talent ecosystem, Salina de la Renta was elevated to Vice President of Wrestler Relations for Major League Wrestling in June 2025.
