Mallory Maedke

Mallory Maedke established herself as a formidable talent in the musical theatre world as an original U.S. cast member of ‘SIX the Musical,’ serving as an alternate and Dance Captain. Her extensive involvement with the production commenced with pre-Broadway engagements, including critically acclaimed runs in Boston (2019), St. Paul, MN (2019), and Chicago (2019), where she also contributed as an assistant choreographer.

Maedke made her official Broadway debut with ‘SIX’ in 2021, solidifying her presence on one of the industry’s most prestigious stages. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Musical Theater Performance from Columbia College Chicago, providing a strong foundation for her dynamic career. A pivotal moment in Maedke’s career occurred in 2022 when she stepped into the principal role of Jane Seymour for ‘SIX’ at the 75th Annual Tony Awards with only 12 hours’ notice, following a cast member’s COVID-19 diagnosis. This remarkable, high-pressure performance garnered national attention and was publicly acknowledged by Tonys host Ariana DeBose, powerfully underscoring the vital contributions of swings and alternates in live theater.

Further demonstrating her versatility and range, Maedke has taken on impactful roles such as Janis Joplin in ‘Beehive’ at Little Theater on the Square, as well as significant parts in productions of ‘The Little Mermaid,’ and ‘Hairspray’ at Paramount Theatre. Maedke’s talent extends beyond dramatic roles to concert stages, where she has performed in a Kristin Chenoweth Concert at The Chicago Theater. As a recognized voice-over artist, she further broadens her professional scope, showcasing her vocal range and expressive abilities across various mediums.
