Mary Mouser

Mary Mouser was born on May 9, 1996, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and began her acting career at a young age, quickly establishing herself in the entertainment industry. Her early work included significant voice roles, such as Eloise in “Eloise: The Animated Series” (2006–2007) and contributions to animated features like “Son of the Mask” (2005) and “Tarzan II” (2005). Mouser also gained recognition for her guest appearances on various television series, including “Without a Trace” (2004), “Monk” (2005), “Scrubs” (2005), “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation” (2005), and “The King of Queens” (2005). She took on a recurring role as Kelly Gibbs in “NCIS” from 2005 to 2012, appearing in 9 episodes.

Mouser’s career progressed with a main role as Mia Weller in the CW series “Life Is Wild” (2007–2008) for 13 episodes. She later secured another main role as Lacey Fleming, the daughter of Dana Delany’s character, in the ABC medical drama “Body of Proof” (2011–2013), appearing in 36 episodes. Her film credits include “Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day” (2014) as Audrey Gibson, and “Gates of Darkness” (2018) as Michelle. A significant turning point in her career came in 2018 when she began portraying Samantha LaRusso in the “Cobra Kai” series, a role she maintains through 2025 across 65 episodes, which started on YouTube Premium and later moved to Netflix. In 2022, she also lent her voice to the character of Samantha LaRusso in the video game “Cobra Kai 2: Dojos Rising.

Beyond her acting, Mouser has developed a presence as an influencer on platforms like TikTok and YouTube. In 2009, she was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and has since spoken about her experiences. In February 2025, she announced her engagement to “Cobra Kai” co-star Tanner Buchanan.
