Building on her early culinary experience as a line cook in acclaimed Boston and New York City restaurants, including Picholine, and co-founding the catering company Rustic Supper in 2013, Molly Baz transitioned into food media by joining Condé Nast’s Epicurious as a recipe tester in 2015.
