He is the son of actor Eddie Gutierrez and talent manager Annabelle Rosales Rama-Gutierrez. Growing up in a prominent showbiz family, Mond started his career as a child actor alongside his twin brother, Richard. After spending his early years in the Philippines, his family moved to Beverly Hills, California, where he attended Beverly Hills High School. Throughout his career, Mond has prioritized hosting, a skill for which he has received recognition and awards.
