Adria Arjona was named the face of Moroccanoil's first fine fragrance, L'Originale Eau de Parfum. She also represented the hair care brand for its debut perfume campaign, where she shared her enthusiasm for fragrances.
Arjona starred in the advertising campaign for Giorgio Armani's fragrance, My Way. The campaign was noted for its unretouched visuals.
Born on April 25, 1992, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Adria Arjona Torres spent her early childhood in Mexico City before moving to Miami at age twelve. Her father, Ricardo Arjona, is a recognized Guatemalan singer-songwriter, and her upbringing involved extensive travel and exposure to the arts. At eighteen, Arjona moved to New York City to pursue acting. She enrolled at The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, funding her studies by working as a hostess and waitress. This period solidified her commitment to her craft, focusing on work ethic and artistic development over immediate acclaim.
Arjona’s career began with television roles, notably as Emily in the second season of “True Detective” (2015) and Dani Silva in “Person of Interest” (2014–2015). Her profile further rose with a starring role as Dorothy Gale in the “Oz” book adaptation “Emerald City” (2017) and as Anathema Device in the miniseries “Good Omens” (2019). Her film credits include “Triple Frontier” (2019) and a lead role in Michael Bay’s “6 Underground” (2019). In 2022, she appeared as Martine Bancroft in “Morbius” and Sofia Herrera in “Father of the Bride.” The same year, she took on a main role as Bix Caleen in the Star Wars series “Andor,” a performance for which she received widespread recognition, contributing to the series’ Peabody Award win in 2022. She also co-starred with Glen Powell in the action-comedy “Hit Man” (2023), a film that garnered positive critical reception.
Continuing her career progression, Arjona has taken on roles such as Sarah in “Blink Twice” (2024), the directorial debut of Zoë Kravitz, and Ashley in “Splitsville” (2025). Upcoming projects include “The Thomas Crown Affair” (2027), “Onslaught,” and “Criminal,” where she will play Greta.
