The ruggedly handsome and talented actor Nicholas Christopher is best known for his work on the stage, and for the popular TV comedy drama series, Little Voice, and for Denis Leary’s music comedy TV series, Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll.
Born in Bermuda, Christopher moved to Boston and began his acting training at The Boston Conservatory, and then at New York’s Juilliard School. He began his acting career on the stage, appearing in many Broadway productions to great acclaim, including Hamilton the Musical, in the role of George Washington, and then later as Aaron Burr, and in Motown The Musical. His off-broadway credits include, Lazarus The Musical, for the NYTW, Whorl Inside a Loop, for Second Stage, and for Signature Theatre, Rent, and Hurt Village. He has also worked with Shakespeare in the Park on The Tempest. He made his TV debut playing opposite comedy legend Denis Leary in FX’s Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll, an acclaimed, if short-lived series about a dysfunctional musical family. He then featured in some episodes of All Rise, the popular CBS drama about an L.A. County courthouse, before featuring in Apple TV’s, romantic-comedy series, Little Voice.
