Nikki Exotika

Nicole Sanders, known professionally as Nikki Exotika, was born on January 27, 1976. She grew up in New Jersey near the Jersey Shore. After high school, she moved to New York and began identifying as a transgender woman, connecting with figures like Octavia St. Laurent. Exotika has pursued an entertainment career encompassing television, acting, and music, building a profile through various projects over the years. She has invested significantly in cosmetic procedures, reportedly over one million dollars, including rhinoplasty, breast implants, and calf implants.

Nikki Exotika has been active in television since 2006, appearing in various capacities. Her early television credits include “Trantasia” (2006), “The Tyra Banks Show” (2008), and “Maury” (2008). In 2010, she appeared on “Jerseylicious.” A significant turning point in her career was her participation on Season 10 of TLC’s “90 Day Fiancé” in 2023, which brought her increased public recognition. During her time on the show, she discussed her experiences and challenges as a transgender woman in her relationship. She is also a member of the House of Xtravaganza, a prominent group in the New York City ballroom scene, where she is known as Nikki Xtravaganza, and was featured in the 2024 documentary ‘I’m Your Venus’.

In her music career, Nikki Exotika has released several singles, with her first recorded single “Electric Touch” emerging in 2011. This was followed by “Manwhore” (2011), “Secret Girl” (2012), “All Lined Up” (2015), “Young Wild and Free” (2016), “Your Body” (2019), “Padam Padam” (2023), and “Million Dollar Barbie” (2024). She also released an extended play, “Your Body,” in 2021. Beyond her musical endeavors, Exotika has pursued acting with uncredited roles in “Pose” (2018) and “Orange Is the New Black” (2019), and a role in “Mr. and Mrs. Jackson” (2019). She has also been featured in documentaries and television episodes focusing on her journey and experiences, such as “My Trans Life” (2014) and “Hooked on the Look” (2021).
