Niloy Alamgir

Niloy Alamgir, born Alamgir Hossain Niloy on August 20, 1984, in Dhaka, Bangladesh, established his career in the entertainment industry after winning the “Super Hero Super Heroine” contest in 2009. This competition was organized by Television Channel NTV, the Bangladesh Film Development Corporation (BFDC), and Market Access. His success in this reality show provided a platform for his entry into modeling and acting. He began his professional journey as a model for a TV commercial for Keya White Plus Detergent Powder in 2010, marking his initial engagement with brand endorsements.

In 2011, Alamgir expanded his career into acting, making his television drama debut in “Ruper Shesh Kotha” and his film debut in “Bailey Road” in the same year. He then ventured into television series, starting with “Bondhu Amar.” Throughout his career, he has appeared in over 700 dramas, covering genres from romance to horror, with a notable presence in action roles. His work in television commercials also includes brands such as Banglalink Desh5 and Ice Cool Soap. His filmography also features movies like “Rupgawal” (2013) and “Olpo Olpo Premer Golpo” (2014).
