Leading salesman, business expert and leadership guru Phil M Jones went into business aged just 14, and now helps others reach their true potential.
Age has never held Jones back, and he started his first business when he was just 14 years old. He opened a local car washing service, starting out all on his own but soon recruiting friends to join him when his business grew in popularity. By the time he was 15 his company was thriving, and he was earning more than some of his teachers at his school in Buckinghamshire. Jones quickly got noticed by the management team at Debenhams, and was recruited as the youngest ever Sales Manager in the company’s history. This was his first step to becoming the sales expert he is today, as he learnt about the world of retail and sales and quickly became one of the most in-demand sales managers in the UK. Jones then landed roles with Premier League Football Clubs such as the Leicester City Football Club, helping them to secure major commercial partnerships and sponsorships.
However, in 2008 Jones realised he wanted to do more than become the leading salesman, and set out to help others achieve the success he had. He is now one of the most highly regarded sales mentors in the world, travelling across the globe and training more than 2 million people since he first set out on his mission.
