Portia Valis Volkova

Portia Valis Volkova, born Portia Victoria Graham-Jones on September 22, 1993, in Liverpool, Merseyside, England, UK, began her artistic journey at a young age. She trained as an opera singer at The Royal Northern College of Music starting at the age of 12. Following her studies there, she further developed her acting and dance skills in musical theatre training at The Elliott-Clarke Theatre School. This foundational artistic education prepared her for a diverse career.

Throughout her career, Valis Volkova has been active in theatre, television, and film. She has performed on international stages at events such as the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the Adelaide Cabaret Festival. Notable theatrical performances include playing ‘Ariel’ in a touring production of Shakespeare’s ‘The Tempest.’ In television and film, she has taken roles in productions like “Game of Thrones,” where she appeared in three episodes between 2015 and 2016, “The Spawning” (2017), “King Lear” (2018), and “From There to Here” (2014).
