Rachel Skarsten is a Canadian actress known for her roles in popular television series and films, offering brands an established presence and broad appeal in the entertainment industry. After securing a major role as superhero Black Canary/Dinah Lance in the WB series ‘Birds of Prey’ (2002-2003) at the age of 16, Rachel Skarsten garnered significant recognition, marking her breakthrough in the entertainment industry. Prior to this, her acting career began in 1998, with one of her first notable film roles as Caroline Lofton in ‘Virginia’s Run’ (2002).
