RaeLynn is a well-known American country singer and songwriter. On Instagram she has 605k followers, with a fast growing online presence. She was born in 1994 in Baytown, Texas. In her teens she worked towards an acting career while at the same time developing as a songwriter. She graduated from high school early in 2010, she felt that listening to Miranda Lambert’s ‘Me and Charlie Talking’ inspired her to become a singer. Her older brother Jake was in a Grammy-nominated Christian rock group called ‘Leeland’.

In 2012 RaeLynn did an audition for the second season of ‘The Voice’, performing ‘Pistol Annies’, ‘Hell on Heels’ and successfully competed to be a quarter finalist. She was a member of Blake Shelton’s music team and in 2012 she began working on her first solo album with the ‘Republic Nashville’ label. In the third series of the voice she performed at the semi-final results show with her single ‘Boyfriend’. This single was later in the ‘Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles Chart’. It sold 27,000 copies in the first week and was hugely popular internationally. In 2013 she was featured on Blake Shelton’s single ‘Boys Round Here’. Her latest album release is called ‘Baytown’, and she is scheduled to tour in 2021. In 2015 RaeLynn became engaged to Joshua Davis and they went on to marry in 2016.
