Ranwin Le-Roy, born on March 10, 1994, is a South African pop singer and songwriter. He initially pursued a medical path, attending Wenzhou Medical College in China to complete bachelor’s degrees in medicine and surgery. While in China, a chance encounter with auditions for The Voice led him to an unexpected turn in his career. After successfully auditioning, he appeared on the Chinese edition of the reality television singing competition, showcasing his distinct musical style.
Following his television appearance, Le-Roy released his debut single, “Painting the Canvas,” in 2018. This release garnered comparisons from iHeart Radio to artists such as Justin Bieber, Icona Pop, and the Spice Girls.
