Riley Bria

Riley Bria began his musical journey at a young age, demonstrating an interest in guitar by age four and starting lessons at eight. From ages 12 to 17, he played in a family band alongside his father, who directed and wrote songs, and his brothers, Jaden and Spencer, on drums and bass respectively. This early experience instilled in him a high standard for live performance and songwriting. At 17, Bria moved to Nashville, Tennessee, to further pursue his music career.

His career saw a significant turning point when he played guitar with Keith Urban at a country awards show at age 15. This led him to participate in the 14th season of the reality TV competition “American Idol” at age 17, where he made it to the top 24. While on “American Idol,” Bria also performed a Keith Urban song directly for Urban, who was a judge on the show at the time. After his run on “American Idol,” he continued to build his career as a musician, singer, songwriter, and producer.

Currently, Riley Bria is engaged in remote studio work, creating demos for clients in various locations, including San Francisco and Germany, with most of his guitar work focused locally in Nashville. He is also actively involved in songwriting and developing his unique sound, which he describes as a blend of Keith Urban’s melodic style with an 80s edge, incorporating influences from artists like Bryan Adams and Def Leppard. Bria emphasizes the importance of taking time to refine his music and message, prioritizing quality over rushed releases.
