A man whose devotion to CrossFit knows no bounds, Saxon Panchik is the ultimate CrossFit enthusiast and fitness junkie who has one of the most illustrious CrossFit careers in the world. He recently won the 2022 CrossFit Open, a significant milestone in Panchik’s long journey ever since he was young, to be able to compete with the best of the best and become the fittest version of himself he could possibly be.
When he was just 12, Panchik and his twin brother (now also a successful CrossFit athlete in his own right) both fell from a 75-foot cliff while out on a hiking trip with their friends. He was told by doctors that the resulting injuries would make him unable to play any contact sports, especially his beloved sport of football. However, what could have spelled the tragic end of an athletic career simple spurred him on to prove everyone wrong. CrossFit entered his life initially as a rehab tool, but soon afterwards both he and his twin brother were absolutely hooked.
A regular competitor in the annual CrossFit Games, Panchik is accustomed to finishing close to the top of the rankings. The brothers have also opened their very own gym, CrossFit Cliffside, where they collaborate as owner-operators. Young and unfathomably driven, Panchik simply won’t slow down any time soon, and has a rock-solid mentality that carries him through even the toughest physical challenges.
