Shane Gillis is an American stand-up comedian, actor, and podcaster known for his observational comedy and sketch work, who has transitioned from local open mics to Netflix specials and television roles, engaging audiences with his distinctive humor. After winning Helium Comedy Club’s ‘Philly’s Phunniest’ tournament in 2016, Shane Gillis had already established himself as a rising talent in the comedy scene, having placed third the previous year in 2015. Gillis began his career in comedy in 2012, quickly making a name for himself before relocating to Philadelphia.
