Beautiful and cool, grungy yet chic, Staz Lindes is the epitome of music and fashion royalty. Born in London, to dad Hal Lindes, guitarist for Dire Straits, and model mum, Mary Lovett, Staz knew from a very early age where her passions lay. Going on to be raised in California, the English-American beauty was discovered in a bowling alley at the age of 14.
Staz and her garage band rock vibes took the fashion world by storm and she quickly built up quite a resume for herself. She has graced the covers of some of the most elite fashion magazines the likes of Vogue America, Russia and Japan, W, Harpers Bazaar and Russh magazine. Her campaigns include huge names such as H&M, Mango, Forever 21, Dior, Rag & Bone and Moschino. Her second discovery came while performing with her grunge band, The Paranoyds. In her element, slamming the bass, and rocking out, she caught the idea of Hedi Slimane, photographer and creative director for Yves Saint Laurent at the time. She instantly became both his muse and the face of YSL. Her debut at Paris Fashion Week was for the french luxury house.
Music has always been the biggest part of Stazs’ life, and is a huge part of her image and identity. With over 67.8K followers, fans across the world love to keep up with her grungy rock band and style. The Paranoyds 2017 album, Eat Their Own, played sold out show after sold out show, leading to their own stage at Coachella that year and an endless string of gigs.
