Tom Sandoval is a co-author of the mixology book, 'Fancy AF Cocktails: Drink Recipes from a Couple of Professional Drinkers,' written with Ariana Madix and Danny Pellegrino. The book was published by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt in 2019.
Sandoval and Schwartz have developed signature cocktails alongside renowned Mixologist Sly Cosmopolous for Republic National Distributing Company.
Thomas Anthony Sandoval, born in St. Louis, Missouri, established himself as an American television personality and musician. His career began with early appearances as Jack in Bon Jovi’s music videos “Misunderstood” (2002) and “All About Lovin’ You” (2003). From 2013 to 2024, Sandoval was a main cast member on Bravo’s reality television series ‘Vanderpump Rules’, initially working as a bartender at Villa Blanca and later at SUR Restaurant & Lounge, both co-owned by Lisa Vanderpump. His venture into entrepreneurship expanded with the co-authorship of the mixology book, ‘Fancy AF Cocktails: Drink Recipes from a Couple of Professional Drinkers,’ published in 2019 with Ariana Madix and Danny Pellegrino. In 2023, Sandoval participated in season ten of ‘The Masked Singer’ as “Diver,” and in 2025, he appeared on season three of Peacock’s ‘The Traitors’.
Tom Schwartz, also a prominent figure on ‘Vanderpump Rules’, has engaged in various business ventures alongside Tom Sandoval.
