Trey Manley

Trey Manley, known professionally as “He-So”, is a mixed martial artist from the United States. He began his MMA career by training in striking, grappling, and submission techniques at the age of 19. This early dedication led him to achieve professional fighter status in 2017. Manley competes primarily in the Lightweight and Welterweight categories. He is affiliated with Memphis Judo & Jiu Jitsu and fights out of Tennessee.

Manley’s professional record includes significant appearances in promotions such as Summit Fighting Championships (SFC), Attitude MMA Fights (AMF), and Alabama Fighting Championship (AFC). His career highlights include knockout and technical knockout victories, demonstrating his striking abilities.
