Young Mazino was employed as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at LVMH's Fresh for six years prior to his acting breakthrough. More recently, Fresh, Inc., partnered with Mazino for a series of videos posted to the company's official TikTok.
Young Mazino commenced an endorsement deal with UGG in August 2024.

Christopher Young Kim, known professionally as Young Mazino, was born on August 27, 1991, in Montgomery County, Maryland, to Korean immigrant parents and was raised in Silver Spring. He developed an early interest in acting and music, pursuing both throughout his childhood and into college. Initially enrolling at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, Mazino decided to leave his studies in 2014 to dedicate himself to acting. He subsequently relocated to New York City to attend the Stella Adler Studio of Acting, where he underwent a year of formal theatrical training. Prior to establishing his acting career, Mazino also held a position as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Fresh, Inc., a brand under LVMH, for six years.
After his training, Mazino began working on independent shorts and student films, and in 2018, he became a member of the Screen Actors Guild. He adopted the stage name “Young Mazino” in 2018, combining his Korean middle name with “Mazino,” derived from a comic book character in “Tower of God.” This decision was made to distinguish himself from other actors with similar surnames when registering with the Screen Actors Guild. His early career included appearances in network television shows such as “Blindspot” (2016), “New Amsterdam” (2018), “Blue Bloods” (2019), “Tommy” (2020), and “Prodigal Son” (2020).
Mazino’s career reached a turning point in 2023 with his breakout role as Paul Cho in the Netflix series “Beef.” His performance garnered critical attention, leading to a nomination for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie. Following this success, in January 2024, it was announced that Mazino would join the cast of the HBO drama series “The Last of Us” for its second season, taking on the role of Jesse, further solidifying his presence in major television productions. He also appeared as the love interest in SZA’s “Snooze” music video in 2023. Looking ahead, Mazino is involved in upcoming film projects such as “Opus” (2025) and “October.”
