DJ and production duo Third Party have teamed up with EDM giant Martin Garrix for their latest release: ‘Lions in the Wild’.

The official ‘Lions in the Wild’ music video has been viewed an astonishing 1.25 million times since its release on Thursday. The video captures a backpacker’s journey through the sweeping desert landscapes above the city, perfectly in keeping with the ‘wild’ theme of the song.

The track is the first collaboration between Third Party & Garrix, and their first release on the STMPD label. It includes all the markings of an EDM anthem, including passionate vocals and a dancefloor-melting drop.

Before ‘Lions in the Wild’ was available to purchase, Garrix opened his Ultra Festival Miami set with it. The track went down a storm, with fans clamouring for its official release.

Now available to anyone who wants to hear it, ‘Lions in the Wild’ is sure to be one of the biggest songs of this summer, featuring heavily in sets by Martin Garrix, Third Party, and the countless other DJs who have taken a liking to it.

The track has already seen support from Hardwell, Axwell & Ingrosso, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, David Guetta, Tiesto, Nicky Romero, Fedde Le Grand, and Dannic, so its status as most played song on 1001 tracklists is no surprise.
