Khalil Anthony has spent years carving out a unique space at the intersection of soul, jazz, house and experimental Black music. As a singer, songwriter and producer, his work combines poetic lyricism, rich live instrumentation and sophisticated electronic production, creating music that feels equally at home in intimate listening sessions and on dancefloors around the world.
His solo catalogue, including urbanfolksunshine, Train, Junebug and Scarab, has established a signature sound rooted in warmth, vulnerability and spiritual inquiry. Blending live instrumentation with electronic composition, Khalil’s music reflects an artist committed to storytelling, emotional honesty and musical exploration.
Throughout his career, Khalil has collaborated with an impressive roster of artists including Thatmanmonkz, Jimpster, Marcel Vogel, Jaime Trench, Ise Lyfe, Daveed Diggs and Paris King. These collaborations have further cemented his reputation within contemporary soul and house music, showcasing his versatility as both a vocalist and songwriter.
His music has also found an audience beyond traditional releases, with two of his songs featured in the Emmy-winning television series Satacracy 88, introducing his work to a wider international audience and highlighting the cinematic quality of his songwriting and production.

Recorded in Mexico City, the project marks a significant new chapter in his artistic journey, exploring themes of transformation, emergence and renewal while expanding the sonic palette that has defined his career.
