Celebrated house producer, DJ and label head DJ Spen is celebrating the 500th release on his record label – and every single one of those releases has been distributed by MN2S.
DJ Spen has announced the release of the 500th record on Quantize Recordings, the label he founded in 2015. Marc Evans and DJ Spen’s “Back To Your Place” marks the catalogue number QTZ400, a historic milestone for one of soulful house music’s most revered institutions. The single features Baltimore house vocalist Marc Evans, who contributed to Quantize’s debut single, all the way back in 2012. With live bass, smooth keys and soaring strings from Ezel providing a foundation for Evans’ soulful vocal turns, the track is anchored by Spen’s masterful production, culminating in a timeless love song that fittingly marks the label’s 500th release.
