Hailing from Brooklyn, Grammy-nominated producer/DJ Muzikman Edition embarked on his turntablism journey in 1986, introducing DJ 3D to the NYC music scene. DJ 3D’s unique blend of house, hip-hop, rare groove, and R&B classics earned him a resident DJ spot on WBAI’s Underground Railroad over a decade ago. Through DJ 3D’s collaboration with Kenny Dope, Muzikman Edition emerged, morphing classic arrangements into modern house hits that bridge generational gaps. Beyond the turntables, MME, driven by a love for house music, dedicates countless hours to discovering new artists, producing releases for Exemplary Music Makerz (EMM), and crafting podcasts for fans.
