Elijah Rock is a multi-talented entertainer, blending classical vocal mastery with jazz and Broadway performances, while also serving as a brain health advocate and co-founder of The Elijah Rock Foundation Inc. After earning the prestigious NAACP Theater Award for Best Male Equity performer in 2014 for his compelling portrayal of Roland Hayes in ‘Breath and Imagination: The Story of Roland Hayes,’ Elijah Rock established himself as a multifaceted talent in both music and theater. His theatrical achievements continued with an Ovation Award Nomination in 2016 for his role as Cab Calloway in ‘I Only Have Eyes For You,’ a production expertly helmed by Corky Hale and Mike Stoller. Concurrently, he co-wrote, co-produced, and co-starred in the short film ‘Lunch with Jeremiah,’ which was an official selection at the Hollywood Black Film Festival in 2013 and the Los Angeles Pan African Film Festival in 2014.
Furthering his artistic and advocacy efforts, his upcoming album, ‘Memories Unleashed – Impulse 1,’ slated for release in 2025, integrates his music with his brain health mission, having secured significant funding grants from the Global Brain Health Institute, Alzheimer’s Society, and the Alzheimer’s Association.
