In a world where DJs come and go as fast as the next music trend, Masterstepz has a rare and impressive career behind him and an even brighter future.
From a decade at the decks at Choice FM, London, where he was a Sony Award winner, to sell out shows at some of the most respected clubs in the world, from Dubai to Miami, Maserstepz has built himself an enviable reputation right across the globe. And when he is not busy championing new music, he is rarely away from the studio, creating his own distinctive dance tracks, like the garage classic Melody.
Masterstepz has also had two gold mix albums on the legendary Ministry of Sound label, and has remixed for some of the biggest names in the business, from Destinty’s Child to Janet Jackson, Basement Jacks to Misteeq.
DJ to the stars, he played at Ashley and Cheryl Cole’s wedding and David Beckham’s birthday party, as well as after parties for Usher, Chris Brown, Kelly Rowlands and the mighty Beyonce. He has also taken to the decks at Cirque le Soir Dubai, Disturbing Ibiza and the exclusive Grand Prix after parties in Abu Dhabi and Bahrain.
He currently holds a residency at the Unique Parties in Marbella, Ibiza and London, and has a full diary of festival dates planned for the summer and beyond. Not content with success in the UK, Europe and the Middle East, Masterstepz is spreading his influence Stateside, as the first and only UK DJ on the Violator roster, alongside illustrious company such as Diddy, LL Cool J, 50 Cent and Busta Rhymes.
