Robert DeLong released his debut full-length album, ‘Just Movement,’ through Glassnote Records in 2013, solidifying his unique artistic identity as an ‘alt electro alchemist.’ This album quickly gained traction, reaching number 18 on the US Dance/Electronic Albums chart and number 34 on the Heatseekers Albums chart the same year. DeLong is celebrated for his innovative live performances, where he distinctively integrates electronic dance music with singer/songwriter pop by utilizing gaming peripherals such as Wii remotes and joysticks, connected to a MIDI interface, to manipulate and modify his sound in real-time. This groundbreaking approach set the stage for his subsequent work. Building on the success of his debut, DeLong continued to release impactful music.

To foster deeper fan engagement and enhance the live experience, he has also incorporated unique elements into his shows, such as offering face painting led by his partner Heidi Callaway.
