In 2011, she co-wrote ‘Mama’s Broken Heart’ with Shane McAnally and Kacey Musgraves, which Miranda Lambert recorded, becoming a No. 2 hit on both the Billboard Hot Country Songs and Country Airplay charts in 2013.

In 2018, Clark also secured an exclusive co-publishing agreement with Big Machine Music.
