Chilly Gonzales, a Grammy-winning Canadian pianist and composer, seamlessly transitions between pop, classical, jazz, electronica, and hip-hop, offering a versatile range for brand collaborations. After fronting the alternative rock band Son and signing a three-album deal with Warner Music Canada in 1995, Chilly Gonzales’ debut ‘Thriller’ garnered moderate success with airplay for ‘Pick up the Phone.’ Following a critically different second album, ‘Wolfstein’, Gonzales moved to Berlin in 1999, adopting his stage name and declaring himself ‘The President of the Berlin Underground.’ This period marked a pivotal shift to rap records, with his Kitty-yo releases ‘Gonzales Über Alles’ (1999) and ‘The Entertainist’ (2000) earning significant European acclaim. His single ‘Let’s Groove Again’ became a notable dance floor hit in 1999.
