Don Broco is a dynamic British rock band that has made significant strides in the music industry since their formation in 2008. Originating from Bedford, England, the band consists of Rob Damiani (lead vocals), Simon Delaney (guitar), Tom Doyle (bass and programming), and Matt Donnelly (drums, lead and backing vocals). Their debut album, “Priorities,” released in 2012, showcased their unique blend of alternative rock, pop rock, and post-hardcore, earning them critical acclaim and establishing a solid fan base.
The band’s journey continued with the release of their sophomore album, “Automatic,” in 2015, which marked a shift towards a more pop-oriented sound infused with funk and new wave elements. This evolution was well-received, further solidifying their reputation as innovative artists. Their third album, “Technology,” released in 2018, demonstrated their versatility with a rockier sound while still incorporating synth elements, showcasing their ability to adapt and grow musically.
In 2021, Don Broco achieved a career milestone with their fourth studio album, “Amazing Things,” which debuted at No. 1 on the UK Album Charts. This album highlighted their return to a mix of nu metal and post-hardcore influences, reminiscent of their earlier work, and included hit singles like “Manchester Super Reds No.1 Fan” and “Gumshield.”
Most recently, in 2023, the band released the standalone single “Birthday Party” and their first live album, “Live from the Royal Albert Hall,” further demonstrating their commitment to engaging with fans and supporting charitable causes. With a reputation for electrifying live performances and a diverse discography, Don Broco continues to be a prominent force in the rock music scene.
