Emilio Estefan is a world-renowned music, television, and film producer, director, entrepreneur, author, and songwriter, recognized for shaping global music and entertainment with his innovative blending of Latin, pop, and world rhythms. After forming the band the Miami Latin Boys in 1975, which evolved into Miami Sound Machine, Emilio Estefan went on to become a world-renowned music, television, and film producer, director, entrepreneur, author, and songwriter. Transitioning from musician to influential producer, Estefan was instrumental in shaping the Latin Boom of the late 1990s and early 2000s. He produced albums for global superstars including Shakira, Ricky Martin, Jennifer Lopez, Jon Secada, and Marc Anthony.

In 2022, President Biden tasked him with producing the inaugural ceremony of The Summit of the Americas, underscoring his continued national and international influence.
