Eric Church is an American singer-songwriter known for his influential career in country music, country rock, and Southern rock. After co-writing ‘The World Needs a Drink’ for Terri Clark and ‘Whiskey Wings’ for Dean Miller’s 2005 album Platinum, Eric Church secured a recording contract with Capitol Nashville. His debut album, Sinners Like Me, released in 2006, immediately established his presence in country music, yielding three Top 20 singles on the Billboard country charts: ‘How ‘Bout You,’ ‘Two Pink Lines,’ and ‘Guys Like Me.’ Church made his Grand Ole Opry debut in 2006, marking a significant early career milestone. His follow-up album, Carolina, released in 2009, further solidified his success with his first Top 10 hits, ‘Love Your Love the Most’ and ‘Hell on the Heart.’ In 2011, Church achieved his first No.

He continued his upward trajectory by co-headlining Kenny Chesney’s No Shoes Nation Tour in 2013, the same year he established The Chief Cares Fund, a philanthropic organization supporting underprivileged families and animal welfare. 1 hits: ‘Give Me Back My Hometown’ and ‘Talladega.’ In 2015, Church surprised fans with the release of Mr. Misunderstood, which subsequently won CMA Album of the Year in 2016. The acclaimed Holdin’ My Own Tour in 2017 saw him play 62 shows across 61 cities. His 2018 album, Desperate Man, continued to garner critical praise.
Looking ahead, Church is set to release his album Evangeline vs. the Machine in 2025, which he will support with the ‘Free the Machine’ tour. He is also featured on Morgan Wallen’s 2025 track, ‘Number 3 and Number 7.’
