Gray formally began his career in music in 2012 with the release of his debut single ‘Blink,’ rapidly establishing himself as a prominent South Korean rapper and record producer, a significant contributor to the evolution of K-hip-hop. In 2013, he became one of the inaugural artists to join AOMG, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the label’s artistic identity and contributing to its commercial success. During his influential tenure, Gray produced numerous chart-topping hit songs and high-quality hip-hop tracks for various acclaimed artists, including the critically lauded ‘We Are’ for Woo Won-jae and the impactful ‘On It’ for Jay Park. Building on this early momentum, Gray also released his own maxi single ‘Call Me Gray’ in 2013, further showcasing his dual talent as both a performer and a producer.
