Halsey

Halsey has established herself as a multi-platinum singer-songwriter and actress, recognized for her distinctive voice and consistent artistic evolution across pop, electronic, and alternative genres. After her song ‘Ghost’ rapidly gained online popularity on SoundCloud in early 2014, Halsey signed with Astralwerks the same year, swiftly releasing her debut extended play, ‘Room 93,’ in October 2014. Her critically and commercially successful debut studio album, ‘Badlands,’ followed on August 28, 2015, debuting at number two on the Billboard 200 and later earning RIAA double platinum certification. During 2015, Halsey performed at South by Southwest as the most tweeted-about artist and opened for Imagine Dragons on their Smoke + Mirrors Tour.

Recognized as one of Time’s 100 most influential people in the world in 2020, she also released her debut poetry book, ‘I Would Leave Me If I Could,’ and her first live album, ‘Badlands (Live from Webster Hall),’ in August that year. In August 2021, Halsey released her fourth studio album, ‘If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power,’ accompanied by a companion film screened at IMAX and released on HBO Max. Her acting portfolio includes voicing Wonder Woman in ‘Teen Titans Go! To the Movies’ (2018), a cameo in the Oscar-winning film ‘A Star Is Born’ (2018), and roles in ‘Sing 2’ (2021) and ‘MaXXXine’ (2024).

After signing with Columbia Records in June 2023, Halsey unveiled ‘The End’ in June 2024, the lead promotional single for her fifth studio album, ‘The Great Impersonator,’ which debuted on October 25, 2024, alongside singles like ‘Lucky’ (July 2024) and ‘Ego’ (September 2024).
