Hockey Dad

Hockey Dad, the acclaimed Australian surf rock duo, has achieved notable success with numerous albums and tours, solidifying their presence in the indie rock scene. After forming in 2013, acclaimed Australian surf rock duo Hockey Dad, comprised of Zach Stephenson (lead vocalist and guitarist) and Billy Fleming (drums, percussion, and backing vocals), quickly made their mark with the release of their debut EP ‘Dreamin” in June 2014. This early success led to their signing with Wollongong-based independent label Farmer & the Owl later that year. Most recently, Hockey Dad released their fourth studio album, ‘Rebuild Repeat,’ in 2024, which debuted at number 15 on the ARIA Charts, demonstrating their enduring appeal and artistic evolution. To support the album, the duo launched another extensive North American Tour in 2024, reconnecting with their international fanbase. Looking ahead, Hockey Dad is scheduled to release their latest offering, ‘The Clip’ EP, in 2025, promising to continue their trajectory of delivering compelling surf rock. Their proven track record of chart-topping albums, extensive touring, and critical acclaim reinforces their position as a highly bookable and marketable act.
