Jack Ingram

Jack Ingram is a country music artist with a career spanning decades, recognized for his songwriting and energetic live shows. He has received awards from the Academy of Country Music and engaged in philanthropic efforts. After releasing his self-titled debut album in 1995 via the Rhythmic label, Jack Ingram quickly followed with Lonesome Questions in the same year, establishing his presence in the Texas music scene. His early career in the 1990s saw him touring extensively across Texas, opening for artists such as Mark Chesnutt, and performing regularly while studying at Southern Methodist University.

Ingram’s career reached new heights after signing with Big Machine Records in 2005. That year, his single ‘Wherever You Are’ became his first Number One hit on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Songs charts, marking a significant milestone. He continued to achieve chart success with tracks including ‘Love You,’ ‘Lips of an Angel,’ ‘Measure of a Man,’ and ‘Barefoot and Crazy.’ His exceptional talent was recognized with the Academy of Country Music award for Top New Male Vocalist in 2008.

Demonstrating his versatility, Ingram launched ‘The Jackin’ Around PODCAST’ in 2021, featuring open dialogues with prominent personalities from music, sports, and entertainment. That same year, he collaborated again with Miranda Lambert and Jon Randall for the album The Marfa Tapes, showcasing their collective songwriting prowess. A dedicated philanthropist, Ingram co-established the Mack, Jack & McConaughey fundraiser in 2013 alongside actor Matthew McConaughey and former University of Texas at Austin football coach Mack Brown.
