Mi Sandi

Mi Sandi, born on June 12, 1990, in Yangon, Myanmar, is a prominent hip-hop and pop singer of Mon descent. Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) from International Management College in 2010, a diploma in Accounting and Management Accounting from LCCI in 2011, and a Master of Business Management (MBA) in 2014, demonstrating a foundation beyond her musical career.

Her musical career gained significant momentum in 2017 with the release of “Frozen Smile” (ရေခဲရိုက်အပြုံး), a collaboration with fellow artist G Fatt. This track was instrumental in broadening her fan base and establishing her presence in the music scene. Prior to this, in 2013, she released the song “Ma Nyo Nyin Yat Bu” featuring singer Yair Yint Aung. Mi Sandi has released several solo albums throughout her career, including “Monopoly” (2013), “Pyit Daing Htaung” (2014), “Little Heart” (2017), and “Frozen Courage” (2019). Her discography also includes numerous single albums such as “With Much Love” (2015), “Little Pillow” (2016), “Brainless Dummy” (2018), and “Fearing the Rain” (2018).
