Nissi launched her multi-faceted career with the release of her debut single ‘Pay Attention’ in September 2016, quickly following up with ‘Familiar’ in the same year. Concurrent with her artistic pursuits, Nissi pursued higher education, earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Warwick, a foundation that would later fuel her innovation in electric vehicle technology. Her musical journey continued with the critically acclaimed EP ‘IGNITE,’ released in 2020, showcasing her unique blend of Afrobeats and soulful sounds. Demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit, Nissi also founded Creele Animation Studios, dedicated to African storytelling, and co-founded Kemet Automotive, an electric vehicle company, establishing her as a trailblazer across diverse industries.

Building on her recent musical successes and widespread acclaim, Nissi delivered her inaugural headline performance at the iconic Sounds Of Brazil (SOBs) in New York in March 2024, a significant milestone in her touring career. Her remarkable contributions across music, art, and pioneering work in electric vehicle innovation are slated for major recognition in March 2025, when she is poised to receive the prestigious ‘Youth Icon Award’ at the Forbes Africa Women Leading Summit, held in Pretoria, South Africa, further underscoring her influence and impact on a global stage.
