Noriel is a Puerto Rican urban singer and rapper who transitioned from collaborations with prominent artists to a successful solo career, achieving certifications and touring internationally. After his breakthrough involvement in Maluma’s hit ‘Cuatro Babys’ in 2016, Noriel went on to release his debut album, ‘Trap Capos: Season 1,’ the same year, which quickly achieved double platinum certification. Prior to this solo success, Noriel gained significant recognition through collaborations, including the charting single ‘Miedo a Morir’ in 2014 with the duo Kenxiel & Noriel, featuring Johnny Stone. Building on the momentum of ‘Cuatro Babys,’ he launched solo digital singles in 2016 such as ‘La Llamada’ featuring Brytiago, and ‘Diablita’ featuring Anuel AA and Baby Rasta, both of which charted successfully and featured on his acclaimed debut, which also showcased collaborations with artists like Farruko and Miky Woodz.
He further expanded his discography in 2021 with the release of the ‘Cerrando Capítulo’ EP, showcasing his evolving artistry and maintaining his signature sound. Most recently, Noriel released his highly anticipated third album, ‘Trap Island,’ in May 2024. The project continues his distinctive style, featuring a range of collaborations on half of its tracks with notable artists such as Brytiago and Eladio Carrion, further cementing his position as a prominent figure in the Latin urban music landscape.
