OK Go is an American rock band renowned for their creatively conceptualized and often viral music videos, showcasing their innovative approach to music and visual artistry. After signing with Capitol Records in 2001, OK Go released their self-titled debut album in 2002, which achieved significant commercial success by reaching No. 1 on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart and No. 107 on the Billboard 200 Chart.
The band released their album ‘Hungry Ghosts’ in 2014, accompanying it with highly viewed videos such as ‘The Writing’s on the Wall,’ which received over 7 million views, and ‘I Won’t Let You Down,’ which hit 12 million views in just two weeks. Subsequent years saw the release of other celebrated videos including ‘Upside Down & Inside Out,’ filmed in microgravity in 2016, ‘The One Moment’ (2016), and ‘Obsession’ (2017), which utilized 567 printers for its elaborate effects. In 2020, OK Go released ‘All Together Now’ in support of COVID-19 healthcare workers, and in 2023, they reached a settlement in a trademark dispute with Post Consumer Brands. The band is set to release their album ‘And the Adjacent Possible’ in 2025.
