ONEUS, formed by RBW, debuted on January 9, 2019, with their first mini-album, “LIGHT US.” The group’s formation involved members emerging from various competitive trainee programs. Seoho, Keonhee, and Hwanwoong were trainees on the second season of “Produce 101” in 2017, while Ravn and Seoho participated in YG’s survival show “Mix Nine” later that year. Leedo also appeared on “Mix Nine” as an independent trainee. The path to their debut involved a pre-debut project called “RBW Trainee Real Life – We Will Debut,” which introduced potential future idols. After initial introductions, Leedo and Xion joined Ravn, Seoho, Keonhee, and Hwanwoong, formalizing the group as RBW Boyz before being renamed ONEUS in June 2018. Their pre-debut activities included the release of the single “Last Song” with label-mates Onewe in September 2018.

Following their debut with “LIGHT US” and the lead single “Valkyrie,” ONEUS saw early international recognition, charting in the top ten of iTunes charts globally and reaching number fifteen on Billboard’s World Digital Song Sales chart. They released subsequent EPs “Raise Us” in May 2019 and “Fly with Us” in September 2019, which further solidified their presence in the industry. Their Japanese debut in August 2019 with “Twilight” sold over 60,000 copies, signaling their expanding reach. The group embarked on their first U.S. tour, “Fly With Us,” across six cities in November 2019, and earned the “Next Artist Award” at the 2019 Soribada Best K-Music Awards. Their Japanese single “808” also achieved success, hitting number one on the Oricon Daily Single Chart.

In 2020, ONEUS celebrated their first anniversary with a fan meeting in Seoul and continued their “Fly With Us Final” concert series in Japan. They gained further exposure through Mnet’s reality competition “Road to Kingdom,” where they finished in fourth place. Releases like the single album “In Its Time” and the EP “Lived” expanded their discography. The group continued a busy release schedule in 2021 with their first studio album “Devil,” followed by the EPs “Binary Code” and “Blood Moon,” the latter achieving their first music show win with its lead single “Luna.” By 2022, ONEUS conducted a U.S. tour and released EPs “Trickster” and “Malus.” In October 2022, Ravn departed from the group, which continued as a five-member act with subsequent EPs “Pygmalion” (2023) and “La Dolce Vita” (2023). They also released the digital single “Now” in May 2024 and participated in “Road to Kingdom: Ace of Ace,” securing second place. Their first special album, “Dear.M,” was released in January 2025.
