Rabeh Saqer, born Issa Saleh Issa Al Saqer in November 1960, is a prominent Saudi Arabian singer, composer, and musical arranger. Saqer gained initial recognition with his debut album “Ya Naseem Al-Lail” in 1982, where he performed songs exclusively in standard Arabic.
